Cancellation and Refund
A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required for a full refund. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged the full lesson price. To request a refund, please contact us at 604 704-3738 or [email protected].
Late Arrival
If you arrive within 15 minutes of your scheduled start time, the lesson will continue for the remaining duration. If you are more than 15 minutes late, the lesson will be cancelled without a refund. In case of an emergency, please contact us as soon as possible and we will work with you on a solution.
Lesson Duration
Each practice lesson (Class 4, 5, 7) is 1.5 hours (90 minutes) of driving practice. For all services, pick-up and drop-off time is included in the scheduled duration. The Class 4 road test service (car, warm-up and pre-trip inspection) is approximately 2 hours total.
Payment
Payment must be made no later than the end of each driving lesson or road test sessions. There will be no refund for driving lessons or road test sessions that have taken place. We accept e-transfer and cash. If you have a lesson package, payment for the full package may be arranged with your instructor.
Ethical Code
We maintain a zero-tolerance policy toward aggressive, abusive, or threatening behaviour. If you arrive under the influence of alcohol or any other substance, we will respectfully decline to provide the lesson. No refund will be issued in either situation.
Original Driver's Licence
Students must bring their original, valid driver's licence to every lesson. Without it, the lesson cannot proceed. No refund will be issued in this situation.
Pickup Location
We are based in West Vancouver, BC. We offer pickup in North Vancouver, Burnaby, Vancouver and Coquitlam, including at ICBC office locations in those cities. For specific pickup addresses, please refer to the Services section of our website.
Additional Passengers
During the lesson, only the student and the instructor are permitted in the vehicle by default. To arrange additional observers (up to two), please contact us before your scheduled lesson.

All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD) and are subject to change without notice.
